Not Safe....Problems

The area where Homecoming is has problems with gangs, drugs. We are always awakened at 2 am or 3am in the morning by police chase for drug bust. Worst scene I saw in our window was when police,SWAT and CSI where surrounding the crime scene. On weekends, you hear noises of drunk people. Our neighbor's son is with a gang and I had to call 911 for trying to kill a guy in a car with machete. Do they monitor who lives in their apartments' for the safety of the other resident's' Where is security' When we moved out, I cleaned our apartment, made sure what the rule say "make sure the place is the same as when you moved in". What happened' Gosh, they took a big chunk of my deposit and gave me receipts for painting and cleaning by their staff!!! When it does not even need painting at all, the carpet was old, they knew about it. Still they took money. How unfair, no consideration at all from management. They just love you when you move in.

really? I've lived at homecoming for a while now and I have never seen the so called "gang activities" you write about. I even walk home late nights after a concert or sacramento kings game. It's so damn quiet here I'm even afraid to make any noise. as for security? I think they're doing a damn good job. I see them driving around constantly. I will say though that over the past 2-3 weeks parking has started to become an issue around buildings 69-73 but nothing more then having to park a few spaces away from what you're use to. and the police activity I've only seen one time where the cops were here and that was because some guy stole a car from somewhere and got chased this way and ran on foot... and OUR security of all people caught the dude before the cops did cause they knew who was and wasnt supposed to be around here. but things like that can happen... in case u forgot this part of natomas is only a hop skip and a jump away from DEL PASO HEIGHTS... once you go over the other side of that over pass on truxel you're officially in the ghetto... and if sometimes one of those GHETTO people want to stray away from there, theres nothing homecoming or anyone can do about it... so

Wow, you're lucky then "Annonymous". What about the girl that died right by where I used to live of the court facing the school? I think she'd agree that there's a problem! Don't be blind...it's a cute looking place, but the trash has hopped, skipped and jumped to homecoming! I would HIGHLY recommend not living there.... I had to call the police numerous times for trash hot boxing in their car, drinking while sitting in their trunk, and doing ridiculous donuts in that court right by my husband's truck and brother's car. They were finally kicked out because of the proof i had...but most of the time, no one ever gets caught so they just keep causing problems...it's sad really...

Pengyluv....you're either a liar or just stupid....FIRST OF a girl didn't just "die" she was murdered....It was a domestice violence act that occured in which her ex boyfriend went into a jealous rage and shot and killed her....had absolutely nothing to do with Homecoming other than the fact that she happened to be on property walking out to her car that morning....it is very unfortunate that this happened, and I feel for her family....SECOND of all none of this happened anywhere near the back dead end of the property, it was up by the main entrance, get your facts straight....also as far as the "trash hotboxing and doing donuts in the dead end area", well you should have called security or the police and then came in and talked to management about it. I highly doubt that you mentioned anything to management as I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YES, IT MAY TAKE ONE OR TWO PHONE CALLS OR COMPLAINTS, BUT THEY DEFINITELY HANDLE THE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY AND TAKE ACTION!!! MANAGEMENT CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT INCIDENTS THAT THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT!!!!!!!!!! Also, no one got kicked out because of you....you're a liar :) k thanks...
