Howe Manor Apartments

OK... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The Managers are awesome. Maintainance is always quick to respond. Staff is always friendly, even if no one else is here. The places are small, but cheap and well maintained. Parking is no problem.. no assigned places. Problems with Car break-ins. Lived here for 1 year, my car has been broken into twice. Manager was helpfull (as one could be) durning the time.
