This place is nice. When i walked in I felt really at home. The bedrooms are huge and awesome too. The Bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. The carpet was new too. And the price was very competitive. The staff is excellent too. They are very nice and friendly. You can tell they are honestly sincere about their work and atitudes. They really care about the Apartment and their tenants. Parking is ok. If you come late at night around 11 or 12 you might have to park a little further. But it's a safe place to live. I also love the service maintenance. The guy is friendly and cool about what he does. He is honest in every way. I've come across many people before and this guy is simply cool. The apartment would be out of their mind to lose this guy. ok, now you're probably thinking, where's the con to this place. Well, for one thing, you cannot talk in the hallway or walkway because it will disturb others. No music and cell phone talking in the bedroom that is next to the neighboring apartment. No talking on cell phone after 11:00pm because the neighbors will complain. No laughing in your own apartment. We could have sued if we were that low. These are not in the policy but these are the honest reasons why we were asked to leave. We couldn't even laugh in our own apartment, and we couldn't even talk on the cell phone in our own room. They should really make this a policy. Overall, I really liked the place. It is just unfortunate that the neighbors were too stubborn.
