These apartments are very cheap and the parking has never been a problem. It's open parking and if you come in really late at night then you will have to park far away, but you will always be able to find a spot. The rent is pretty much the only reason I lived there. Currently, I think it's $550 for a one bed, one bath and $700 for a two bed, one bath. Neighbors are always making noise complaints against other neighbors because there is no sound proofing at all. Unless you're really lucky you will hear your neighbors a lot and they will hear you a lot. There are basically no ammenities. The pools are nice enough. But, there is no central air or heat (the rooms get really hot in the summer), no dishwasher, and no washer/dryer hookups. You have to use the coin-op ones outside, which takes forever on Saturdays because everyone is trying to use them, but early in the morning on weekdays, they are always open. The office staff is very friendly and polite. They will always come for maintenance calls when you need them. But, they will be of no help whatsoever if you have any neighbor complaints. Basically, they don't take sides. They would rather ask both neighbors to leave, regardless of who's at fault. The place was built in the sixties and has frequent maintenance problems. It's kind of falling apart, although they do try hard to keep it in good shape. It's not the nicest area, but I never had any problems. To sum it up, I would recommend this place for young college students (but only if they are very quiet)and families with extremely tight budgets. If you are a family and you can afford to live somewhere better, than you should.
