Howe Manor Apartments

Oldies but goodies............ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004   We lived in Howe Manor apartments for roughly 6 years while we were finishing up at Sac state. Yes, the apts. are old but the pricing is very fair. The staff was very nice and helpful when maintenance issues were of concern. True, no ammenities were included in these old apts. but then again you're paying hundreds of dollars less than other places. The grounds were always kept manicured and there were never any issues of pest problems. Also, safety is a main concern of mine but I felt very safe there. It seemed like everyone looked out for each other. Only a couple of times did we have noise issues but were able to resolve it in a friendly conversation with the neighbor. I would recommend these apts. to college students and yound families saving up for a house.
