Howe Manor is a great place to live. It s a small community with very polite staff. I lived in larger apartment communities and this is, by far the best experience I ve had renting. Management is very honest, helpful and personable. You have everything you need here. Units are small but still comfortable. Landry rooms are located at the ends of each building. There are two pools on the property and the rent is extremely low for the area. If maintenance is ever needed, management has someone over within an hour. Howe Manor is only a five minute drive from Cal State Sacramento, only blocks away from a beautiful bike trail, about ten minuets from the Arden Fair Mall and blocks away from tons of restaurants. Also, if you re a transit rider or a CSUS student, there are bus stops for the RT and Hornet Shuttle literally steps away from the complex found at the front and back entrances. One flaw that this small community has is that the buildings are old and walls are thin. However, it is a quiet community regardless of the aging buildings. Live life simple, come and take a look at Howe Manor s little community and give it a chance, you won t regret it. It has the essentials of what everyone needs; a cozy place you can call home and a remarkable management team.
