The previous post was obviously posted by a staff member of the complex. Howe Manor is one of the worst places I could think to live. I've been living in this hellhole for going on 3 years and am constantly looking for a new place to live. The buildings are old, floors and walls are paper thin, the electrical wiring is substandard; I've had my breakers trip randomly a number of times now... The list goes on and on... The place is full of loud, obnoxious college kids who party 4-6 nights a week and NEVER GO TO BED. Parking is first come, first served. This isn't inherently a bad thing, but the average apartment in this place has 2-4 times the amount of adults living in it as there are bedrooms, the lot fills up quick. If you come in past 8:30 at night, prepare to walk a third of a mile to your door. The staff are nice, but seem clueless a lot of the time. They won't do a thing for you if there's a problem beyond general repairs, (which there will be a lot of.) All in all, it's a good place if you need a place for only a few months or so, but avoid long-term plans on moving here at all costs
