Howe Manor East a Nice Place

I have no idea what that other person saw but I never had a complaint at Howe Manor East. As a matter of fact I have referred 2 or 3 friends to this place and they've all been very satisfied.
The place is very quiet and the landlords do an excellent job of making sure the grounds are kept clean and safe. Most of the tenants there are older (45 ) and fairly responsible. There aren't as many college kids and the ones who are there aren't very loud.
This is a nice quiet place to live. I recommend it for anyone who wants peace of mind when they come home.
