Worst Apartment I Have Ever Rented

Every person I see moving or considering moving to this apartment I suggest not to. The apartment was horrible dirty when it came to move in date. The manager "popped" extra deposit details at lease signing, after we used the deposit to hold it for us (moved from out of state). Every time we have complained about the apartment it has been a waste of time as the manager takes every complaint as an affront. She is elderly and very bitter. We have had endless problems: from messes that weren't cleaned up to cockroaches. Promises were made to fix things and months go by w/o any repairs. The court yard is made of glazed aggregate, which is nice to look at but is incredibly slippery when it is wet. To use the apartment you will be assigned 5 keys. 1 front, 1 intermediate hallway, 1 door knob, 1 deadbolt, 1 mail key. The parking is gated but the stalls are made for scodas (very small cars). The gate is so rusted that it howls. I have complained about this as well and again nothing is done. I have oiled it myself, so that I can sleep w/o hearing it open and close. The apartment is tooted for having lots of storage, this is a falacy. The closets are sliders, which does give decent storage at the cost of wall space. The carpet was spained. Our kitchen had food residue and black dirt on the cupboards. One good side the apartment stay fairly cool during the day.
