I can't believe this apartment complex. The only nice people that work there are the poor maintanence men that make less than the lazy office staff. Everytime I've walked around during the day maintanence is running around this huge complex, without a golf cart too, but everytime I go into the office there is like 3 or 4 people playing on the computer, talking to each other and acting like there's nothing to do. On top of that their rec center got broken into and the computer was stolen, but it took months to get another one in. Don't I pay out my ___ to be able to use that business center, but the business center doesn't even have a computer. Then the manager lady, talk about pms. I see her bitching over her little radio at I guess the maintanence or what ever poor soul is on the other end right in front of me. Then trys to be nice and ask what she can do for me. I don't want to deal with her now after what I saw. Plus I don't get the whole gated thing. We pay more for a "gated" community, but it only keeps other cars from comming in. People are free to walk in and out of the complx, free to walk in and steal a car and the gate will automatically open for them to get out'!'! Then the leaks, mice, noise, what else can I list. The leaks happen on a brand new building. I understand if the building is 10 or more years old, but not a year old and have mad leaks. Then the mice. Oh my god the mice. The poor maintanence staff has been in my apartment over four times in one week to take care of mice. I also don't understand why these apartment were built sooo close to the damn airport. That is one of the major reasons I moved besides walking in and seeing a bunch of highly paid idiots playing around in the office doing nothing productive. All day and all night you can hear those plans flying around. I mean don't get me wrong, I know living in an apartment is not exactly high class, but for an A property to have such horrible service and attitude is sick. There are some problems also they have that don't bother me cause I know it can happen anywhere, but the biggest pet peive of mine is that it is a "brand new" apartment complex. I've seen 4 different cleaning people around in less than a year time. The maintanence men wlka around on foot, no cart, the manager is a _____, the office staff, at least from what I can see, are lazy as all hell, the building are practically falling apart, and the misleading way they get you sucked into a long ass lease is sick. Giving you dvd players and all. Yeah a dvd player is a worth the cost to them since they hooked me into a long as lease where I was stuck in a S___ hole for a year. My advise, this complex may look nice and pretty and new, but trust me, don't go there!!!!
