I lived in Irongate Apartments for a year. I had to move because my commute was too far. These are nice apartments and I liked living here. I don't know what the other past people are talking about. The office staff is nice and when you enter the office, someone will always acknowledge you even if they are busy with someone else. If I had problems with any maintenance, I told the office and it was fixed within 24 hours, no exceptions. The apartments are a little more pricey than other apartments in the area, but it is safer. It is not the most expensive apartments, Villagio is. Irongate is maybe $100 more a month than average. There was no car break-ins for the year I was there. But the good thing with a higher price is that your don't have the hood rats or other ghetto people living in there like you do in Tuscaro. Other apartments like McKenzie or Granite Point have no gates, and cars often gate broken into there. Tuscaro and Miramonte parking spaces are skinny and car doors are dented from other cars parking to close. A lot of cars are broken into over there also. Just read the other comments. Parking is sometimes a problem if you come home late, but very rarely. 99% of the time, you can find parking within the complex. You might have to walk a little more, but you probably need the excercise anyway. This place is also close to the airport (10 mins), and you can hear planes fly over, but after a while, you start to ignore it. DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. The previous person complained, but what an idiot. Obviously, if you live close to the airport, you will hear airplanes. One other thing, sometimes people will park in your assigned space. If that happens, feel free to tow their car. I had that happen once, I found great joy after seeing their car leaving on the bed of a tow truck. Overall, great place.
