Good place to rent

So far so good. Been here since aug '05. Only problem is with the ants, also we've caught 3 mice so far. Thats kind of expected since the place is new and is right by a field. There is a slight problem with some pet owners not picking up after their pets. They wet their grass too much anyways, so itLocation is ideal if you like going to concerts and that sort since you are right across the freeway from Arco. There is going to be a new bel air across the street. The management is pretty nice. Haven't really asked them for much since nothing has really gone wrong. If the place were $100 cheaper we'd probably renew our lease when it's up.
