Don't Move Here If You Value Your Safety....

Even though there is "Security" here it doesn't help. It is so unsafe here that our neighbor was robbed at gunpoint. They advertise that this is a luxury apartment. How could that happen at a luxury apartment.
There is never enough parking here. People constantly block our garage because they can't find a space to park. They block other people's spaces also. They park in red zones and block the gates you can't even get in or out when you want to because the parking here is horrible.
This place was poorly built also. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing. You can hear when they open and close the door, flush the toilet, and watch tv.
Frequently the police are called out for who knows what. All we know is that every week we see patrol cars here and every other week you can see and hear a helicopter shining its light into your apartment looking for criminals I guess. This isn't luxury.
If you ever like to sleep in, forget about it. You can hear the airplanes from the airport every morning at 5:00 A.M. So don't count on sleeping in anymore once you move into Irongate.
It's so dirty here. I don't know who they are renting to now, but there is trash every where. They are spilled drinks in the parking spaces. People leave trash outside their front door for days. People leave fast food bags everywhere. It is so gross here. When I go to the computer room, it is always a mess, and the bathroom in there always has pee or poop in the toilet.
The gates never work. This is advertised as a gated community, but the gates are always broken. Why even bother having gates'
