I have been here for almost a year now with no major problems. If I didn't have to move from Irongate, I wouldn't, but I'm moving to another town and have to leave.

Parking: 1 assigned covered spot or garage, parking during the day is fine, but in the evening, parking is tight, they do have a huge area for parking on one side of complex, but if you don't live near there, you will have to walk pretty far.

Staff: I have never had a problem with the staff here, from day one they have all been so nice, including the manager which has a bad rep from the reviews I've read on here.

The maintenance staff does a great job. The place is well kept and nice looking. They are also quick to fix any problems you have. They do it the day of or the next day after I call it in. The noise of the planes flying overhead is minimal. I can hear them sometimes, but not that loud at all. The only noise I hear from neighbors is if they slam something. Like I said, if I didn't have to leave, I wouldn't.
