Well first of all, let me tell u how my day starts. I wake up at jefferson commons and look out my window to a wonderful view of a lumber yard and an abandened golf course, o yea and the powerline thats five feet from my window. I listen to the beautiful harmoney when the saws at the yard start at 6 AM, dont forget all the noisy traffic, and the lovely train tracks. I live in the ghetto. This apartment is 2,000 a month. 500 per person. I get on the shuttle, or maybe not cause there is only 1 shuttle for 2000 residents, i listen to Julio the bus driver blast gangster rap. This is just some insight into my day. I am in construction and this place is the most cheaply shittily put together place i have ever seen, migrant workers have better housing. This place is run by a bunch of young incompetent dont know anything staff that have never run a apartment complex before, they just like raping college kids for thier money. There are three security guards here who are armed and are the most ill tempered -------s ive ever seen, they dont let my friends in but homeless people seem to get past them. If any of your friends park here or u forget to put a sticker on your car you'll get towed. I have dents in my door from thier batons. Life is not ducky at JPI, ur treated like ur in prison and will fine u at the drop of the hat. Dont live here, if theres one right decision u make in ur life, its to not live here.
