As a resident and someone who knows a bit about the system, you cannot so much put the blame soley on the staff and management. Because of FAIR HOUSING RULES AND REGULATIONS they are forced to rent to anyone who meets the qualifications! People need to quit wining and be thankful for what you have ! Life is too short to ----- and moan all the time! Try living at the dorms or look at the other apartments around the city, I think this property is far superior.
