Management is rude and surly and don't even think about trying to park in the complex. They'll tow your car so fast and charge you either $75 to drop your car, if you catch them before they drive away, or triple digits to get it back. Also, it is loud and noisy. A cherry bomb went off the other night but security didn't even bother to show up and check on it. Also, it's in a ghetto part of Sacramento complete with a lumber yard, junker cars, and powerlines. It's technically in South Sac which is GHETTO!
