(A comment to the poster saying only adults should live here... I am a VERY serious student, and have never had any run-ins w/threatens of eviction, etc. Also, you CAN NOT have family over... unless your family only consists of TWO people.)

Let's start with the notice sent out to all residents today: (Regarding 2 recent apt. break-ins...) It says to correctly use the access gates, leave nothing open, and don't let other cars drive in behind you, or other people walk in behind you... tell me this... how the hell is ONE gate going to stop someone from coming into a "gated community" that isn't FULLY gated!! The 2 buildings facing 65th, and the 1 building facing 4th are OPEN!! Anyone off the streets can walk right through the building into this complex!

Security... don't make me laugh! The security company stands in ONE spot drinking whatever it is they drink and HITTING on residents and their guests! Sexual harrassment... protection... it all runs in the same category, right'

The game room we have access to that is open til 10pm... only if you get the equipment before 6pm... when many are still in school or at work!!

Parking... upon signing my lease I was informed that there would be PLENTY of parking within the gates for residents and their guests. I am moved in WEEKS late only to discover that they hardly even half enough for PAYING residents!

Noise level... it is a COLLEGE community!! If they didn't want to hear music... they shouldn't have advertised to ALL college students!! They send security at 9pm!! City noise curfews aren't even effective until 11pm!! They try to put residents on lock down like we're living in dorms or some compound!

As far as construction, these buildings were JUST opened in August. Tell me why I moved in with dents and scratches in my wall... dirt covering my linoleum, bathroom, and carpet. Amenities such as my washer and dryer not properly installed, etc. I filled out a maintanence request form and it was not fulfilled until a month and a half later... with a job that I could have done better.
