A convicted Rapist is living here. When inquiring about an apartment, I specifically asked if this was to be "Student Housing." I also asked what was to prevent a "Ted Bundy" from living here.

I was assured that this was not a possibility. They told me they perform background checks on all potential tenants.

They are obviously not doing that.
