I live in a four bed/two bath apartment. We moved in and from the beginning it has been one headache. Maintaince accused us of the trash in from of the apartment. They then swept broken glass onto our patio and told us to clean it. I thought that was maintances job. But they are really lazy and drive around on golf carts all day. Our heater has not worked in over two months. It's the winter time on top of it all. There is mold growing on the windows. They entered our apartment with out our consent and put a hole in a door, then accused us. The apartment is suppose to be gated. There is access all around the complex from the street and the gates do not go all the way around the buildings. We have security. They harrass the residents and guest. There has been apartment break-ins throughout the year. And cars stolen from the property. Obviously, security enjoys harassing the residents then actually protecting us. Cable and internet is included in the rent. When we moved in there was no internet for a month and the cable has been going on and off since we moved in. It's is not worth $500 a month. I would advice people to rent a house with friends or move into a different apartment complex. And one last thing, there is not enough parking for the residence and sometime we have to park outside the complex. But, the street around the entire complex are no parking zones!!! So, we have to park a couple blocks away. There are 8 guest parking spots for the hundreds of people that live in Jefferson. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN>>> IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND THE STRESS IT WILL CAUSE....
