Were to begin,

1) While it may look good at first, LOOK CLOSER. EVERYTHING IS CHEAPLY DONE HERE! For example, the construction crew rushed the cocking on all of the molding. There is cocky all over bathroom flowers and kitchen. Oh not to mention the huge gap between my bathroom door and the floor. Photos on the website and flyers are from a much nicer Jefferson Commons. Display room they show is much nicer, because the construction crew obviously took their time when putting it together.

2) The residents and the security are out of hand. Yes the residents have outrageous parties. The police are called out on a regular basis. The only thing security really does is harass EVERYONE no matter who you are. While cars are being broken into in the parking lot, security wastes its time over exerting its powers and in their typical bullyish demeanor yells at anyone who enters the property (including residents) to tell them who you are visiting.

3) Mold! Yes, like most things here the windows are cheaply installed and moister easily leaks inside, creating the perfect atmosphere for window mold. So you have to be extra careful to constantly wipe the moister from your window.

I had some major electrical problems when i first came here and it took them weeks before they ever showed up (despite the fact the i was ensured everyday that i was on the top of the priority list and that it would be taken care off)

6) Do the math and look at these reviews!! Oh, but occasionally they do give out free pizza to make up for their bad service and exshorbaneant prices
