I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE! First of all, this place is built like crap. The cornors are not 90 degrees, the counters are not flat, there is mold all over my windows AND the paint, it's not oil based... Sooo when you try to clean the walls it comes off. Now this may not sound like a big deal but if you want your deposit back at the end and try to clean, you can't... It was built in a terrible rush so it's really not all put together that great. Also, there's a rapist, there's been armed robberies, cars stolen, car steroes stolen, burglaries, car windows getting shot out... and the list goes on... This place is in the GHETTO! Security is stupid... They really can't do anything, they just pretend like they can... I got written up (like you do in the dorms) b/c I didn't want to open the door when I had a few people over. Guests cannot park inside the complex and the streets surrounding it are unsafe. This is where cars have gotten stolen and car windows have been shot out from... The gate SUCKS. I cannot believe I pay for a gated community and security gaurds and still feel UNSAFE. The gate stays open FOREVER so cars can just follow you in. Sometimes it's broken so it's just OPEN or won't open when you try to get out. At night security stands there and checks IDs... How DUMB!' I mean they need to make people call the residents to see if they really are there guests or not. What good does checking ID's do' Are they really going to remember each face' It is pretty expensive to live here... Although a lot is included (furniture, cable, internet, water, garbage)... but honestly, it's not really worth it. You're locked into a 12 month lease, there's nearly NOTHING you can do to get out... I don't like it, and I would just suggest to apartment shoppers to stay away from this place. I'm sure there's much better places in the Sacramento Area.
