First off the people who wrote the "yes I would reccomened this place" either work here or are on some serious drugs.
Let's start with the good things: it's close to campus, it looks nice (at first), the ammenities are pretty good...hmm that's about it!
Now, for the bad; in the contract they state that they can take away any ammenity at anytime with out telling you which they do, our front door fell off the hinges, almost every apartment has mold (and they say it is your fault), cars get towed illegally, when being towed illegally they damgae the car, there is no parking for your guests (let alone the residents), we have water starting to come into our apartment from the apartment above, beer cans in the back of toilets when we moved in (from construction), pest problems, things stolen from our apartment, strict rules about what can be on your balcony, really small shuttle to school, paint that comes off the walls, dents in our doors, pant on the carpet, a humming noise that goes off every couple of minutes (it's really loud), management that doesn't care about anything other than getting your money, people in the office who don't know very much about what they are doing, issues with parking tags, cars getting broken into, windows being shot out, armed robberies, a rapist, a gate that serves no purpose, extremely small rooms, extremely high rent (I am currently paying over $570 dollars), closet doors that don't move properly, the management lies, they say it is a "gated community" and for the most part it is except it isn't totally a gated community.. there are places inbetween buildings and on one total side where there is no gate at all,and it is in a really bad location.
