Hmmm....where should I start. The buildings are crap. Thrown togethor so quickly, that there is paint all over my kitchen floor and bathroom, but missing from my closet door. hmmm' howd that happen'. The security is a joke. If your ---- gets stolen, or there is robbery at gun-point the management claims that security's job is to strictly watch the gate and that there are not enough of them, however, when you are playing your music or hanging outside on a patio that i pay to use, 5 security guards come to tell us to keep it down and go inside, thats a one person job. Plus they lie! They use the lease as a reference and half the crap they tell me is not in the lease. If you prove them wrong they get all pissy and right you up out of sheer revenge. Write you up'! What is this the dorms' If I wanted to live there I would. In fact i think i had more freedom in the dorms. What else, the shuttle is a good thing, the internet, cable, so is the washer and dryer in every apartment, but Id much rather haul my laundry to a laundermat then deal with the ---- I deal with here everyday. Someone mentioned the stupid idea security has about checking ID's. I compleatly agree. Call the resident to make sure they ARE a guest, DUH! Where else have you heard about ID checking at the gates, oh yeah, PRISON! ummmm.. what else.....oh yes...parking. I work until 730 and when i come home i have to park on the other side of the complex, or there is no parking at all. What is that! I live here and i pay 500 dollars a month, so i can park on the street' Thats a bunch or crap! They moved in a convicted rapist with out notifing the residents, why would you stick a rapist in a college-oriented complex, that is just asking for trouble. So to sum this all up for ya this is the place for you if you don't have a car (or a lousy one with no windows or stereo), enjoy armed-robberies, are rapist friendly and have no life.

Hey idiot, If you know anything about the laws it clearly states that individuals privacy's are protected under the law. You cannot deny housing and their rights are protected so the staff I believe cannot go out and advertise and give out information. Do your research. Obviously you are young, not intelligent and probably have mommy and daddy paying your rent or financial aid. There would not be so many strict rules such as id checks ect. if things were not getting out of control. It would be one thing if residents were throwing parties that do not get out of control. But what you have it appears is a bunch of alcohalics who have no respect for the property because they probably are not paying for it themselves and are too young to learn that they need to have repect for others.

Dear Idiot that responded to this. I am glad that you tink you are so clearly informed of this countries laws but you must remember that they are on privet property and "security staff" and do have the right to soliciot any information their employer approves. checking IDs is also legal but pointless. do they actualy do n e thing when they chack it. no they just ay thank you and pretend to entimadate you into doing good in you visite. what is wrong with having finantial aid. just because your mommy and daddy dont love you doesnt mean youahve to critisize those ppl to do hace that for them. and by the way i pay my own rent with the job that i got on my own. you must have never been here man. In sted of dealing with the residence like criminals y dont they deal with the pl that are robbing all of us and shooting the place up. think on it

Dear Idiot that responded to this (sorry coolhand its a good way to refer to him) By law if there is a convicted sexual predator moving in nearby all residents must be notified, it's all over the news, and yes they can choose to deny him housing based on his criminal record. If you are not familiar with the Fair Housing Laws it states that you cannot discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap familial status or national origin. Nowhere in there does it mention criminal record. So before you go and bash someone maybe you should check your facts. And I know all of this because I'm in property management, not at jefferson commons tho b/c that would be a scary place to work.
