I'm a parent who has a daughter who lives there and I'm so glad so did not renew her lease. Parents beware for your sons/daughters safety. My daughter has told me of some horror stories with no one to report them to. What management' Read the reviews, I can verify, I've seen the place.
Those appartments could not be in a worse area of Sac.(Oak Park)!

Have you ever seen the management there?? I don't think anyone is older than 20 years old....that's scary!! Having young people in the office is great but an entire staff of them?? They can't even manage to get their homework done let alone manage a property.
