It's been very sad to see this place decline the way it has. It used to be nice, safe and friendly. No more. The place is now overrun with Section 8 low lifes who have no respect for property or other people. It's no longer safe to even walk the grounds at night. The managers are doing some paltry landscaping, but it's like re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic - this place is sinking fast. The property managers are oblivious to what's happening, and I know of two tenants personally who have just given their notice. Escaping from this slum. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! You will be so sorry, unless you really like to be surrounded by drug users, tons of unemployed people who do nothing but hang out all day and night, playing loud music and disrupting everyone, littered walkways, filthy dumpsters, poor maintenance, no security, beat up cars, no lighting, and an apathetic, uninterested staff who pride themselves on ignoring you. Don't be fooled by what they say. You can do better.
