This place looks great when you go for your walkthrough. They must know when the good times are. I pay far too much for far too little. The gate is always broken, maintainence pretend they don't speak English when you complain about workmanship, and the wahers and dryers are always stealing your money. The office staff is great, but they do not make up for the lack of amenities. For what I pay I could be in a house. The kids here are terrible and do their illegal doings behind the dumpsters, this place rents to the most trashy of all people that are looing for places to live. I can't wait until my lease is up. On top of that you have to pay for water, gas, and garbage. We were told that it would be $35.00 per month, we average about $75.00, making our rent around $1000.00, how lame.

Yes! I agree that this place is turning into a real ghetto!! I live at Shadowood Apts and it is a real nightmare! They are doing construction on an apt that the TENNANT burnt down,, and they put a PORTABLE TOILET OUTSIDE MY BEDROOM WINDOWS! It has been there since Jan and only cleaned ONCE...after much complaining! There are a LOT of Juvinile punks. There are kids who are wanna be gang bangers, as well as a sex offender! (who WILL be registered as the trial is over!) I pay over $1000.00 a month for a 2 bdrm apt that is constantly infested with ants no matter WHAT I do to get rid of them. I would advise people not to live here!!

Yes. I'm sure they ONLY show apartments during the good times. I agree...MORON! I'd say the "lame" part is that you made the mistake of moving into an apartment when it sounds like you should be in a house, and are apparently paying the same amount. Maybe do some research before you move!!

i moved into to shadowood apts a year ago and transfered to a big apt. I thought the transfer would be easy. Well, they are trying to charge me to replace all the carpet in the whole apt. which was twice my rent. The carpet was a few years old and had minor wear and tear. And im stuck in a lease for another year. I got the bill after i moved into my new apartment.

the person who posted this should really take a look at the environment that they placed themselves in when they decided to move into the dump!
