I agree that the kids here are very abnoxious. I have kids throwing things on my doors or knock on my doors and run away and it's really annoying. One day I came home to find my apartment building filled with police officers; a few neighbor kids got busted(for something I didn't dare to ask). I had to wait 2 hours until they all cleared up because 'weapons were involved'. I don't feel so safe walking back to my apartment after dark.
On a better note, the apartment itself is in good condition. I never have to call maintenance to get anything fixed. Staff are very very sweet.
