(user photo) (user photo) This is my lamp that was filling up in my kitchen that fell through and crashed all over the place! (user photo) There was water leaking from my smoke detector!!! (user photo) My boyfriend barely exited the kitchen when this fell...this is what happens when you dont fix a 2 month old leak above the stove...leaks spread then this happens!!!

We lived here a for a year. The office staff were great. Aside a neighbor who ocassionally left trash bags at his door (3complaints to the office solved the problem), and having to sleep without heat for one night, everything else was great. We really were happy with the spacious rooms we had and the general quiet (we lived close to the kings way).
