WILL SOMEONE TELL ME HOW DRILLING THE CONCRETE PARKING AREAS AT 6:30 A.M. BENEFITS THE TENANTS'
NOT ONLY ARE WE NOT ABLE TO USE OUR PARKING SPACES, THE NOISE AND DUST ARE UNBELIEVABLE AND OF COURSE WE'RE ALL HAPPY TO GET UP AN HOUR AHEAD OF TIME, NOT TO MENTION THE DAY SLEEPERS IN THIS AREA.

I have lived here almost 3 years and this place is a joke. When I complain I get blown off and made to feel I am crazy and the only one complaining. Luckily my lease is up in 2 months but unluckily because of them I have to spend a ton of money to move. No wonder they want Section 8 people they don't complain LOL I am sick and tired of it and the idiots in the office. And the maintenance people what a joke a bunch of lazy idiots. Last time they were in to check smoke alarm etc they left my door unlocked. That idiot Arcadio knows a good thing when he sees it gets to screw around all day and get promoted because he sticks around and no manager stays long enough to figure out what an incompetent idiot he really is

I may be wrong about this but I think if they owe us money we can simply take it out of our rent. No need for a collection agency.

Arcadio was a great maintenance manager. He was prompt, worked hard, and was always polite (even when management changed for the worse). It's sad he got so fed up with working on his days off that he decided it would be better to work elsewhere. I think you're right about taking money out of rent. The problem is that you have to have a quantifiable amount in order to do it, and it has to stand up in court when the complex inevitably tries to evict you. To the best of my knowledge, there has not been anything of specific value that can be quantified to this extent... maybe you others have some better info? A class action suit would be more appropriate in my opinion.
