I loved this place when I moved in a couple years ago. Management was pretty responsive and the maintenance crew was very helpful & friendly. The floorplan really matched my family and we like the location.

But... (and it's a big but)...
Two weeks after I signed my latest lease the new owners decided to destroy everything. The fences around patios were removed, the fitness center was demolished, the pool area was closed, half of the parking was taken away, the grounds turned brown and unkept, trees were uprooted and removed... and the list goes on.

On top of all these things, we have had 8 notices in the last four months where they have turned off water (plus some that were never noticed). The county code enforcer has been made aware of various issues and is pursuing sanctions against the management and/or owners. Noise is a serious problem with construction banging on the walls and waking up sleeping infants, and gas-powered tools hammering away outside. Crews work from 7am to 7pm Monday through Saturday leaving the residents almost no time to enjoy their living space. Ladders and scaffolding are left up overnight and I have seen young children (5 and up) climbing them.

Unfortunately, the list goes on... and on... and on. A year ago I would have recommended this place to anyone... now I tell everyone I know that is looking for a place to not even bother. Yea, the referral fee would be great, but its not worth losing a friend over.
