i like some of the improvement.there is a lot of people moving out because of the remodeling. this complex has changed hands more than you would change your clothes.thats too much for most and the security dont do their job like they are supposed too.the rent was raised too high. this is supposed to be a family and disabled community that accommidates them even with low income.now these new people come in everything is totally changed.they are not caring about the people who want to move in here ,to me they are only looking at dollar signs.to me it seemslike they want uslow income ,longtime residents out so they can move in higher paying residents in.and did i mention 2 of the pools are always closed. the bushes around the apts. are dead and if someone was to throw a cigerette they would probably catch fire just like some of the grass ,because the other half is always flooded with millions of knats hanging around. they cut down way too many trees that have wildlife in them. wheredo them poor homeless animals go'since construction has began{started without notice}i have found several baby creatures that lived in these trees had to be taken to wildlife shelters in order for these poor animals to survive.they do need to lower our rent for the inconveniece of everything that has been going on and they also need to lower the prices back down to reasonable prices for the low income people.the only reason why the rent was raised was probably to cover the cost of needless construction. we liked our complex the way it was. why change it'
