Shadowood Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The main problem is that this complex has been under construction for about a year and all they have done was change the outside. Only recently have we been given back part of the guest parking, but for a long time you couldn't have friends or family park inside the gates because of the lack of parking. The gates are always broken. Currently, the gate has been broken for about a month solid. The maintenance staf sucks. The old head was lazy and would always take a week before coming over, and when he did, he would come in the door with his key even though you didn't give permission for them to enter. They have finally got a new head of mainenance though, so we shall see how he does. Also, in the year I've been living there, there have been two or three changes in management which always leads to confusion and lost stuff, like rent payments. In general, it's not exactly a bad place to live, but it sure ain't the Ritz Hotel.
