I am currently a resident of Shadowood/Kensington and I have a lease with my boyfriend. We broke up, so he was going to sign me off the lease, the office was okay with that. Once they found out my ex is being deployed to Kuwait they took back their offer to sign me off the lease. This is BULL! And not quite legal. I need to ask a favor of all you other fellow Shadowood prisoners... If you support the military and you support justice complain to the office and tell them how unfair this is. If you complain for me I will personally complain for you! Thanks so much, if there are any takers email me at popdisaster420@gmail.com.

While there is no law that allows them to deny your request to be removed from the lease, there IS a law that REQUIRES them to allow him the option to terminate the lease when deployed for military service. All he needs to do is provide a copy of his deployment orders, or a letter from his commanding officer.
