Upon singing my lease I was never made aware to the fact that everything about the apartment was quickly going to change for the worst. They didn't even mention that construction was scheduled to begin two weeks after my move-in date! When I moved in I got situated and expected the apartment I had been living in 3 years prior, I perviously had rented a two bedroom in this complex and enjoyed it. Well, my morning turned into nightmares when I was woken up by srills, hammers, and staple guns. Typically one rests and has laid back day, maybe sleeps some extra hours... on my off days I had to leave my apartment because I got headaches just listening to the noise. Following the end of the constrution, the crews were slow to move and half of the guest parking is still blocked by left over construction material. The grounds are still brown from poor maintanence during the construction and lights are constantly burnt out at night, there is always one guarenteed busted sprinkler head a night creating a loud downpour of water and flooded walkways. The apartment complex is under constant new ownership and the helpfulness of the management changes with the new ownership. Water will be turned off un announced and the once unique brown shingled apartments are now coated with a yellow vinyl siding designed to look like wood from far awar but up close it looks cheap. The siding was so poorly slapped on the building that it will bend with you when you press a whole two inches into the siding before hiting a hard surface. I was not aware that the apartment accepted section 8. Because I live alone, it is important to be to live in a secure apartment which doesn't include load domestic abuse section eight households, my downstairs neighbors. The gates are always broke, if it's not one it's the other. Well, for the past three months, both gates have been broke and not once have they been worked on. I had to call management because the security guards, all very young, sit all night, one looks like he/she is doing homework near the pool. One morning I walked out to my car, parked in it's covered parking spot and the license plate had ripped off which posed a new inconvenience, I had to report all this to the DMV. The new management seems to be more responsive however there are always excuses when I call and inquire about the reason the water has been turned off, "AGAIN." Do not move here! My lease is over at the end of January and I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move into this facility it has been one headache after another.

being on section eight has nothing to do with the way people act.i am on a bond program and i am not like that.dont discriminate against low income people because it makes you look stupid!so keep that to yourself. you must be either hella old or need to find a mate to relieve some of that frustration.
