Kensington Apartments formerly Shadowood Apartments
< | >
From what I understand, the owners M2 are now managing the property themselves and will have no one to blame but themselves for this slum! From what I have heard while living here from numerous other residents - they are in violation of so many codes, fair housing laws, permits requirements and what sounds like discrimination - we could all either get out of our leases or file some sort of law suit - all that would be needed is 1 phone call to KCRA or the fire dept to visually see the violations and danger of this apartment complex. It is not new owners - just new employees and I bet the old staff is happy as hell to be out of here! We really need to do something before someone gets seriously hurt - although I have been told that several residents have been hurt and are filing suits. This can only get worse by the looks of things and the lack of any type of professionalism or desire from the owners to get things fixed is very apparent. We need serious help out here.

Anyone living in a bond unit that is not renovated the same as the other units have a fair housing/discrimination case. You should sue.
