We have lived here for about a year now and the complex has changed management about 3 times. So far the biggest improvement has been to the outside of the units. Our heat went out in the winter, and our air went out in the summer. There isn't any parking for your visitors, and if you have more than one car, forget about it. The property floods near the laundry facility and we called to tell them and they didn't care. The gates have never worked properly the whole year we were here. The car got stolen and the fact that the gates were broken didn't help. The lights went out and the property was extremely dark, it took several weeks and many phone calls to correct the problem. The rent is too high to be paying, for the bad service, nosy neighbors, and drug dealers. Save yourself a headache and move to a complex that will better serve you, and give you what you pay for.

Maybe when I pay my rent (for the 3rd year) I should offer to pay them whatever I feel like paying. I am sure that would go over well. I just discovered yet another (5th) leak in my ceiling AFTER the idiots (not roofers) reroofed it. So, in 700 sq feet they caused 5 leaks GREAT WORK LOSERS

Yes, changing the name to "Kenwood" is hysterically funny. do they think we don't know the owner was and is the same? M squared Corporation is responsible for all the miserable conditions here, don't be fooled and don't move here!!!
The "Rent Auction" means that someone else can move in for less money than those of us who have stuck it out are paying.
