I have lived in this apartment complex for 8 years and have watched the change of managers/assistant managers approximate 20 times. They were either fired or quit. Those fired were probably the ones that wanted to make repairs to the complex. Those that quit just decided that the job was too much to deal with because of the years of landlord neglect. I have tried to get repairs to my unit for 8 years. Each manager has promised to make the repairs but did not and then quit or was fired. I went through this with each new manager.The assistant managers that they have here now have been here for 2 years which is strange. They have been here longer than any managers in 10 years. There is something strange happening in this complex. Why are managers being fired or quitting when the Assistant Managers remain' Anyone still residing at these apartments needs to call CODE ENFORCEMENT @ 311. Make a complaint and get an inspector out here to levee fines against the owner. Any handicapped person who lives at the complex or has lived here, needs to go throung the Americans with Disabilities Act to file charges against the owner and the present management who obviously displays a biased attitude toward the handicapped/disabled here. The complex also is not in compliance with the disabilities act. The damage and dilapidated units here can case great bodily injury or death to the tenants. The behaviour of the present management is nothing less than criminal intent.

I lived at this dump for 4 years and left less than a year ago. The place is a nightmare. I called mosquito control on them due to the unsafe and hazardous swamp AKA the pool by the bowling alley. I was told by a supervisor at mosquito control that the manager at the time (one of 10 or so when i was there) blatantly LIED TO THEM. and re opened the pool before it was OK'd by them. He told me he was out to get them and had never had a complex lie to him so blatantly. Unfortunately, the place is hopeless. I am so happy that I finally left the place. Management blatantly lied to me constantly and I seriosuly wondered where they got the losers that worked in the office.
