This is one of the worst complexes ever! It used to be a safe, peaceful and tranquil community to live in, but after numerous management and ownership changes, the quality has deteriorated horribly. The staff is slow and unresponsive (you'll never get to know them, because the turover is so high), security is non existent, and the caliber of tenants has gone downhill: there is obvious drug use, loitering, reserved parking rules are not enforced, and beat up and broken down cars and garbage litter the area. Laundry rooms are a mess and go uncleaned, and the "gym" is never open. Tenants do not adhere to pet rules, so the stench of dog poop is evident throughout the grounds. It's very sad - this used to be a good place to live - no more. Save your money and time - you'll be miserable here, no matter what kind of sell job they give you. You'll be screaming to get out of your lease.
