I like that it's among homes, is quiet and wooded, plus it is centrally located and so handy to freeways and shopping. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is a godsend, and I didn't realize how much I would enjoy a wood burning fireplace till I had one! I felt safe and comfortable here.
