I have lived in 4 different apartments at La Riviera Commons for about 8 years. I have NEVER had any problems with the management or the staff. Every time I needed a repair it was done in a timely manner. Despite what some posts are saying, there is an after hours number to call -- I have called before at 8 pm and the maintenance staff arrived to fix my problem 20 minutes later. As far as management goes, Virginia only wants the complex to be safe and nice looking. She also expects (as she should) that people follow the rules in the lease. Maybe those people complaining should really look at their own behavior I would definitely recommend this place.
