Good value for the money

I've lived with my wife at Lakeview Garden for more than a year now. While the rents certainly are not the cheapest in Sacramento, we feel we have gotten a lot for our money. Each apartment comes with a garage and a full-size washer/dryer. The two bedroom apartments are HUGE, and the one-bedrooms are some of the largest we've found. The complex is small, so management and maintenance are very responsive. The trees are nice, and overall the complex is very quiet... the only noise from cars comes from the larger complex next door on Rush River.
The only issue we've come across is with parking. Parking in the lot is for residents only, and residents need a permit to park there. We find that guests and other cars without permits frequently park in the lot, taking up the precious few spaces left for residents with a second car. There's nothing residents can do about it, either, except complain to management. Tow trucks won't come out if only a resident calls... they say the apartment manager has to call. The situation hasn't gotten bad enough for us to bring it up, but it's quite annoying. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
