If your looking for a quiet, crime free place to live, this IS NOT IT! We've lived here for 1 1/2 years and we are planning on moving AS SOON AS our lease is up. People park wherever they want and sometimes even block your garage. If you have a second car you should sell it because you won't be able to park it.
In the last few months there has been pursesnatching incidents, a home burglery, and numerous car break ins. So if you do decide to move here be carful and don't leave or come home in the evening.
The area used to be really nice but in the last few months has totally gone downhill.
