The first few months here I felt that management was rude and maintenance was lax. Those people are gone now and the new people are so much nicer and responsive. If you live near the corner or fence you hear a lot of traffic and people from across the way in another complex. But I like the floorplan and have had many things repaired by the new manager. Parking is an issue if you have two cars, but we don't. Besides I do a lot of shopping in the stores within walking distance, elementary school within walking distance too.
