My husband and I have lived here almost a year, and as soon as our lease is up we plan on moving. The neighborhood is nice, however if you drive over the freeway, there is a ghetto neighborhood. We chose this community because it was gated, however, that did not stop some thugs from breaking into our vehicle and stealing our stereo, amp, speakers and CD's. We were not the only victims, 4 other vehicles were broken into as well, within a 1 week period. Also, the buildings are old, so if you live on the bottom floor, you will hear almost every move the people upstairs make. And dont count on the fix it man fixing anything... he's an idiot. Also, in the evening, not a night goes by where I am not woken up by someone driving by with their bass booming my walls. I cant wait to move!!

I am also a resident of this community. Obviously there are nicer complexes w/in Sacramento - but remember: you get what you pay for. The weekend where there were numerous vehicle break-ins also happens to be the same weekend the front gate was not working - leaving all of the residents vulnerable to criminal elements. The the truth of the matter is: no matter where you live, people want what they can't have, so if you choose to live in a "nice" neighborhood, someone will be victimized at least once.
