I have been living here for 2 years and have had many managment issues. The most recent is the reason I am leaving. My apartment was flooded when the apartment above mine had the water heater burst. Instead of repairing the damage, opening the wall and drying it out, they just textured over the wet dry wall and painted. The apartment smells like mold and is unlivable. I get sick if I am in inside more than 10 minutes. I spoke with numerous contracters who all agree the situation was not handled properly and will result in black mold.
