Please! Please! Please! Melissa, stop leaving fliers on our doors to help you find new tenants to live here. Its not our job its yours, and taking $500 off rent to find you tenants is not worth it anyways. Your the reason its a ghost town here at Wonderful Lakeview Gardens. HOORAY!!!

Im not talking bout noise from the streets but from the tenants around me.

Defintely, the noise level has gone up. I was referring to the tenants, who drive through with boom, boom, boom in the wee hours of the morning, not the ambient street noise. I have young kids, who rarely make it through the night without being woke up by these idiots. I had my car vandalized, while they were dealing with the gate issue. I'm tired of the parking wars.
