Good location, price. Poor amentites, Vehicle break-ins

If you want a place close to downtown, close to freeways, for a good price, this is it.
If you want a nice, maintained, clean and up-scale place, look somewhere else.
It's a quiet complex, and most people (not all people) mind thier own business.
Your car WILL get broken into, it's just a matter of time. All you can do is lock your car, and hope for the best.
It has it's up's and down's, but the down's will begin to wear on you. No central A/C, no dishwasher, no laundry in unit. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
