This place is alright. I tried to be honest and fair as possible but overall, I am moving!!! BTW if you are looking to live here they just had a fire in the club house/front office under a month ago, in case the decide not to disclose that after all the repair is done.

Pro's:
-Good Maintenance Supervisor
-Proactive Staff
-Good apartments for singles, couples and those with one child.
-Rent seems reasonable
-Spacious bedrooms in Townhomes
-Floor plans aren't to bad.


Cons:
-Waterway can smell and can get this green color. The water just doesn't flow!
-Apartments are really narrow
-Walk out to your patio and stare right into you neighbor's living room.
-The laundry room is outside!! eww!
-Can only use electric coil grill to BBQ(anyone wanna pay THAT light bill')
-Staff DOES sweat the small stuff. They really & truly do.
-All the trees infested with mistletoe. What does mistletoe do' Well just don't park your car under an infested tree!
-The can work on the outdoor lighting.
