I lived there w/ my 2-1/2 year old a couple years ago and loved it. We got to go on the paddle boats, feed the fish from our balcony and go swimming right by the lake. The managers were very nice. The rent was kind of high, but for the layout of the apt. it was more spacouis than the other apts. that I was looking at and they were only $10 cheaper in rent. I loved the loft and my bedroom, they were huge. When I can afford to move back, I will, if I don't have a house yet.
